You have the right to withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order.
We do not currently offer exchanges. If you wish to purchase a different item, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order separately.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us before the expiry of the withdrawal period by email at hello@tdsjwlr.com.
Returned items must be shipped without undue delay after notifying us of your decision.
Items must be returned unused, unworn, and in their original packaging. As all pieces are handcrafted, returned items must be in the same condition as received. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or use will not be eligible for a refund.
You are responsible for the returned item until it reaches us. We therefore recommend using secure packaging and a tracked shipping service.

Please include your order reference number inside the parcel to allow us to process your return efficiently. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will refund the payment corresponding to the returned product(s). Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds will be processed as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after receipt of the returned item(s).
Refunds are issued using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed. Items purchased through the TDS JWLR website cannot be exchanged or returned via third-party retailers.
OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION
For returns shipped from outside the European Union, a commercial invoice must be included with the return shipment. Failure to include the required documentation may result in the parcel being delayed or returned to the sender.
