We offer free shipping on all orders over €150. Shipping costs for orders below this threshold are calculated at checkout and depend on destination. All prices are stated in euros (€). For deliveries outside the European Union, any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or local fees are the responsibility of the customer.

ORDER PREPARATION

All TDS JWLR pieces are handcrafted and prepared on request. Please allow 3–5 business days for order preparation before dispatch.
Orders are typically dispatched on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

DELIVERY

We ship with trusted carriers such as DHL. Estimated delivery times once dispatched:

• Portugal & EU: 5–8 business days
• International: 10–13 business days, depending on destination
