SCOPE

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through the online store of TDS JWLR, operated by Valérie Sautter (hereinafter referred to as “TDS JWLR”, “we”, or “us”).By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

PRODUCTS

All pieces offered by TDS JWLR are handcrafted. As such, slight variations in colour, texture, and form are inherent to the nature of the materials and the making process and do not constitute defects. Product descriptions and images are provided for reference only and may vary slightly from the final item received.

CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT

The presentation of products on this website does not constitute a legally binding offer. A binding contract is formed once your order has been accepted by us, either through an order confirmation email or by dispatch of the goods. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at our discretion, in particular in cases of limited availability or obvious pricing errors.

PRICES AND PAYMENT

All prices are stated in euros (€). TDS JWLR operates under the VAT exemption scheme pursuant to Article 53 of the Portuguese VAT Code (CIVA). Accordingly, VAT is not charged. Payment methods available at checkout are displayed in the online store and processed securely via Shopify and its payment partners. Any additional costs related to customs duties, import taxes, or bank transfer fees for deliveries outside the European Union are the responsibility of the customer.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping destinations, costs, and estimated delivery times are specified during checkout and on the Shipping page. Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on destination and external factors beyond our control. In the event that a delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address details provided by the customer, any additional costs incurred may be charged to the customer.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Consumers residing in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection law. Detailed information regarding the right of withdrawal, including conditions and procedures, is provided in our Returns & Refunds policy.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to items that are:

• worn, damaged, or returned without original packaging
  

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Returned items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original condition and packaging. Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned goods and will be issued using the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

LIABILITY

TDS JWLR shall be liable only for damages resulting from intent or gross negligence, or from injury to life, body, or health. To the extent permitted by law, liability for indirect or consequential damages is excluded. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website, including images, text, designs, and trademarks, is the property of TDS JWLR or its licensors and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.

APPLICABLE LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Portugal. For consumers, mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country of habitual residence remain unaffected.

DISPUTE RESOLUTIONS
